These 24 lovely people over here are going to each
of your workouts for 15 minutes. Once the groups have tried
both classes, the 24 open gym participants will choose
their favorite workout. We’re also going to be using
a Breezing metabolism tracker to see which of your workouts
delivers the better EPOC effect. Now, as always, we’ve got
the heart rate monitors on them, so we can see calories burned.
We can see heart rate the entire time. The EPOC
is just an added bonus. Are you guys ready for this?
