Reporter: ALL OF YOU GUYS WATCHING RIGHT NOW, I HAVE BURNED ABOUT 500 CALORIES, AND YOU CAN TAKE MY CALORIES. THIS IS AWESOME. EARLIER WE HAD THE “KANGOO” SHOES, AND NOW WE HAD THESE STICKS. CHECK THIS OUT, CRAZY FUN. I LOVE THIS CLASS BUT I HAVE ZERO COORDINATION. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS BESIDES THAT IT IS SO MUCH FUN? YOU GET A GOOD CORE WORKOUT, AND WE HAVE A LOT OF PLOTTING MOVES AS WELL AND A LOT OF CARDIO, SQUATS FOR THE GLUTES. THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR EVERYTHING. Reporter: YOU CAN BE AT ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS AND DO THIS CLASS. ABSOLUTELY. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO STRIKE THE FLOOR, YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITHOUT STRIKING THE FLOOR IF YOU CANNOT GET THAT LOW, AND YOU CAN STILL DO THE CLASS. Reporter: IT IS ALL ABOUT YOUR OWN MOBILITY. I HAD A FEW PEOPLE THAT WERE NERVOUS EARLIER THAT HAD NEVER DONE THE CLASS, BUT THEY ARE HAVING SO MUCH FUN. THAT’S RIGHT, AND THEY CAUGHT ON QUICK. A GREAT WORKOUT. Reporter: YOU STARTED THE GYM TOGETHER AND IT IS A FAMILY AFFAIR, AND I’VE SAID THIS FIVE TIMES, THIS IS SO MUCH FUN. WE DO HAVE SO MUCH FUN, AND IT IS AMAZING. WE TRIED TO GET THINGS FUN, AND WE HAVE A NEW ADDITION WE HAVE STARTED THIS YEAR, AND WE’VE BEEN DOING THE “KANGOO” FOR FIVE YEARS, AND IT IS AWESOME. Reporter: ON THE PERSONAL TRAINING, GROUP TRAINING, AND WE HAVE SOME GUYS IN HERE, BUT THEY WERE TIMID WITH THE CAMERAS. THEY HAVE CYCLING GOING ON, AND I LOVE THAT YOU CAN TRACK YOUR HEART RATE AND THE CALORIES BURNED, AND THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY. YOU CAN DO THIS, AND THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU.
