Rub a slice of lemon in the sweating areas and bath. Surely you will feel fresh for the whole day. Otherwise after bathing take lemon juice in a piece of cotton and rub in the sweating area. They should bath once in two days with two teaspoon of soapnut powder, fenugreek with hot water. After bathing apply this with a piece of cotton and it controls sweat smell Some people like spicy food. If we rub Alum stone in our body and bath it controls body odour To tackle summer we should more water. You can have Tender coconut, Palm juice, palm fruit. It control sweat and results in less odourless sweat There are chances of sweat smell for people suffering from constipation. So by having fibre rich food we can prevent body odour The dresses we wear also is a reason for sweating. Wearing airtight dress, Fabrics like polyster , nylon which doesn’t absorb sweat during summer cause bacteria growth. So it is best to wear cotton dresses during Summer.
