Upcycling an old Sweatshirt || Closet Hacks

Hi guys! So I have these old sweatshirts from high school, that I didn’t want anymore. I was going to throw them out. But then I decided that I was going to upcycle them I just cut off the hood, and then cut along the shoulder line So that way it would hang off the shoulder. I didn’t show this, but also cut the shirt in half. Ok So after I cuffed back the sleeves, I put little baggies on them and then soaked the shirt in bleach for about 19 hours. After that I washed the shirt, let it dry and then here is the finished look! So this one was much easier All I did was cut along the inside pocket, so that the pocket wouldn’t be there anymore. I didn’t show this but i did bleach the bottom so that it would have a purplish tint to the bottom. I folded the sleeves along the inside elbow line. I wore this so much that it had a crease where my elbows were. So, i cut that off. & I attempted to bleach this part too, but it didn’t turn out so well. But that’s ok. This is the finished product If you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up and then subscribe. Thanks for watching! Bye!
